Misconduct in this field is documented and recurring. It arises in settings that are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>private<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unobserved<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>built on trust<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>defined by a clear power imbalance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where those boundaries fail, the consequences can be psychological, lasting, and difficult to challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What this site does<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This site publishes regulatory determinations \u2014 formal findings made after investigation and a disciplinary process.
